Thomas F. Kelly III

Tom Kelly has been an attorney admitted to practice in New York State for over 35 years. His Bar admissions include the Southern and Northern District Federal Courts as well as the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.

Tom's expansive experience offers a wide range of knowledge beneficial to the firm of Kelly & Meenagh. His current practice primarily concentrates in plaintiff personal injury litigation for automobile, construction and slip and fall accidents as well as wrongful death cases. He is married with three children and sits on various civic-minded boards in Dutchess County.

He also represents several municipalities in defense of personal injury and constitutional violation claims including the City of Poughkeepsie Police, Town of Poughkeepsie and County of Dutchess.
